There are currently three series of Orchid Print Folios published by the Missouri Botanical Garden Press.

Thesaurus Woolwardiae, Orchids of the Marquis of Lothian, is a series of 4 elephant folio (11.75 inches by 16.5 inches) format books featuring 60 stunning reproductions of the works of the famous Florence Woolward, orchid specialist and illustrator of the 19th Century. The prints featured in the series were originally prepared in large-format watercolor canvases by Ms. Woolward while in the employ of the Marquis of Lothian at the end of the 1800's. Sixty of her finest paintings were selected for the series, divided into volumes treating Slipper Orchids, Dendrobiums, Oncidiums, and Miscellaneous Genera. Both whole folios and the individual prints from the series are available for purchase from MBG Press.

Thesaurus Dracularum is a series of 7 elephant folio (11.75 inches by 16.5 inches) format books featuring more than 100 illustrations of orchids of the Genus Dracula. Executed in watercolor by modern orchidologist and botanical illustrator Stig Dalström, we are shown the inner beauty of a truly daunting and at times unsettling genus. These prints and the folios containing them must be seen to be appreciated. Both whole folios and the individual prints from the series are available for purchase from MBG Press.

A Treasure of Masdevallia, which began with volume 21, picks up where Thesaurus  Masdevallarium ended. In an elephant folio format (11.75 inches by 16.5 inches), similar in nature to the now famous Thesaurus Woolwardiae and Thesaurus Dracularum series (also published by the Missouri Botanical Garden Press) each fascicle contains full-color, suitable for framing, reproductions of 15-18 watercolors of the genus Masdevallia in natural size, by the incomparable modern botanical illustrator Stig Dalström. SEE BELOW FOR THE NEWEST RELEASE IN THIS SERIES.
